NEPCA 2019 Fall Conference

The 2019 Fall Conference is shaping up to be another excellent event.  We recently contacted those who submitted proposals to indicate if they have been accepted.  If you submitted a proposal, be sure to check your email ASAP!

If you want to get a sneak peek at the tentative schedule, you can see the current draft of the conference here.  Please keep in mind that this is not a finalized schedule but one that will be regularly updated in response to ongoing changes and developments.

In the meantime, we wanted to let people know that Conference Registration is now open and we encourage you to register early.  While the conference isn’t until November, presenters need to register by September 15 in order to stay on the schedule.  Also, October 15 will be the last day to register for the Early Bird pricing.  Check out the Registration Page for more details.  Additional announcements and updates can be found on the Conference Page.

We have also provided a Travel & Local Information page with some ideas about places to stay, eat, and visit.  However, this year, we wanted to also receive input from members, so we made it into a Google Doc and encourage you to use the Comment feature to provide additional recommendations.  We know that some of the best recommendations come from the people who have been there so if you have any in mind, please share them with us.

In the meantime, be sure to check back here regularly and on the Conference page for regular updates about what’s coming.  And as always, if you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
