Contributors are sought for Encyclopedia of The Atlantic World, 1400-1900: Europe, Africa, and the Americas in An Age of Exploration, Trade, and Empires, a two-volume work to be edited by David Head, of Spring Hill College, and published by ABC-CLIO.

Designed to introduce the field to high school and college students, the work features 220 entries, of 1,000 to 2,000 words, drawn from across the spectrum of Atlantic topics.

Completed entries are due by JANUARY 15, 2016.

All contributors receive author credit and access to the digital version of the encyclopedia upon publication.

Modest compensation in the form of cash, credit toward the purchase of ABC-CLIO products, or a copy of the published volumes is available.
