Need more incentive to come to the fall NEPCA conference? We’ve just learned that Providence will have a WaterFire performance on Saturday night–after our conference. If you’ve never seen one of these, they are spectacular. So if you’ve been dawdling on  submitting a conference proposal, now’s the time to send it in. NEPCA is still accepting proposals in all areas.
