Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI will hold a conference on the Equal Rights Amendment November 15-16, 2013 and has issued a call for papers. Proposals are due May 1, 2013. 

Organizers are interested in papers that examine issues of equality in the United States of America, using the ERA as a conduit through which to open dialogues across academic, legal, and public
